By agreeing to arbitration, you waive the right to a jury trial. All arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted.If a dispute qualifies for small claims court, you may opt to bring the claim in your local small claims court rather than through arbitration.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Use.
