Vacheron Constantin marks its 270th anniversary with the launch of ‘The Quest: 270 Years of Seeking Excellence’, an immersive exhibition. This global touring exhibition will commence in Abu Dhabi, where it will be hosted until April 15, 2025, at the prestigious Al Qana waterfront.

This exhibition offers visitors a rare opportunity to explore 270 years of watchmaking heritage, innovation, and artistry. Designed as an experiential journey, it brings to life Vacheron Constantin’s dedication to precision and creativity since its founding in 1755. Through thematic sections, guests will discover the evolution of the Maison’s timepieces, from its earliest horological breakthroughs to its latest innovations.
The exhibition will incorporate elements inspired by local traditions, design, and craftsmanship to honour Abu Dhabi's cultural heritage. Among its highlights is unveiling an exclusive timepiece featuring the Abu Dhabi celestial sky chart. Additionally, Vacheron Constantin will debut its first-ever Majlis, a space dedicated to hospitality and cultural exchange that will celebrate regional artistry in collaboration with local designers.

Throughout the exhibition, visitors can engage with a curated programme of workshops, panel discussions, and interactive displays that reveal the intricate artistry behind haute horology. During Ramadan, special activities will pay homage to the Holy Month, blending tradition with innovation.

A major highlight will take place on 1st April when Vacheron Constantin will simultaneously unveil its latest Watches & Wonders creations alongside the Geneva Fair, an unprecedented first for the brand.
The exhibition unfolds across several thematic sections, each showcasing Vacheron Constantin’s relentless pursuit of excellence. Visitors will witness how the brand has continuously redefined watchmaking, from historic documents and archival timepieces to modern masterpieces.

One of the most anticipated exhibits is Les Cabinotiers—The Berkley Grand Complication, which will launch in 2024. At its launch, it will be the world’s most intricate timepiece. Featuring 2,877 components and 63 horological complications, including the first-ever Chinese perpetual calendar, this extraordinary creation will be displayed through an interactive presentation that allows guests to explore its inner workings.

The final chapter of the exhibition, dedicated to the relationship between astronomy and watchmaking, invites guests to create personalised celestial charts reflecting significant moments in their lives. At its heart stands the Celestia Astronomical Grand Complication, making its global debut in Abu Dhabi. With 23 complications and an exceptional three-week power reserve, it pays tribute to the region’s historical connection to celestial navigation.
